the Explorer by G.
I’m
G. the Explorer. My ship’s name
is Bob and it is 200 feet long. My crew is A., D., T., C., C.,
R., J., J. and Mrs. Towne.
We are on the ship for 2 years. My ship is going
to Mars. We are in the sun zone in space. A. hit a button that makes us hit a horse, a pig and an
elephant… a flying horse, a flying pig! The elephant landed on our ship. We have a hole in our ship but we found another
ship that was exactly the same. The pig
had babies in space. The horse lived in space. The
mommy pig died but the baby pigs lived. Two more days until we get to Mars. We see Santa Claus. One hour later, Santa Claus landed on the moon. We are on Mars. An alien ate our ship. We flew home.
We landed on the school. My
teacher got eaten by a monster and then my whole crew got eaten, too. I ran home and ate candy.
In Deep Sea by V.
I’m V. the Explorer, I am going to the Mariana Trench.
I am determined to prove that there is a point deeper. My vehicle is a big
submarine which can launch a mini submarine if needed and store supplies for
five years. I will need a chain with a
heavy ball so I can break the rock at the bottom. Now I took off and I’m stuck
in a bunch of big rocks coming straight up. One rock almost hit the submarine.
Now there is a small gap up ahead but my submarine is too big to fit but I
launch a mini submarine that can go through the gap and keep going on. Then a
giant sea monster rattles with the submarine. After a while it goes away. Uh-oh,
there is a leak in the submarine and I press the emergency button and the ship
drives itself and I fix the leak. Now there is a surprise up ahead. We see the same
sea monster but we realize that it was hungry. Now I reached the bottom and one
year has passed. Now I know that it will take me one more year to go up and I
drop the chain. The rock breaks and I discover I was RIGHT! I invite my family.
I tell them they can stay for four years including the years to take them here
and back. Everybody comes and asks if they can go to the new deepest point. I
said yes. They took pictures. I named it Kumar Deep. Now the first is done and
I start going up. We go through the small gap and the big rocks are going the
same way as us but none hit us. We don’t see the sea monster again. When we go
up to the surface of the water we tell everybody about my success. Then people
started to come to K. Deep. The End.
Mars by J.
I’m J. the explorer.
T.
is my crew. I want to explore Mars because no one has explored it in real life.
My vehicle is a rocket.
Enemies are attacking us.
An alien friend is helping us because we need gas.
I discovered that there are green men on Mars. They are nice. I’m
staying in Mars because of my alien friends.
The Arctic Mobile by A.
I’m going to the Arctic
because I want to see polar bears. We have a food storage closet and a broom
and a beverage machine in our mobile. The weather is stormy and it’s cold. I
hope I see penguins. I hope it’s not scary. I want to see an arctic seal. Our
mobile is made out of new steel. In our mobile it is warm. We are living in the
Arctic for 1 month. We stopped by Santa’s work shop and I saw a present for
me.
C. the Explorer by C.
I am a
great explorer. I travel by boat. I am destined to sail across the seven seas
with my crew, D. and V..
We together can conquer the seven seas
and drink coffee and eat donuts. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, that sounds delicious!

it is a ghost! Ooooooooooooooooooooo
We are
under attack.
Swords and guns, blood and bone… it was a tough war but we won
anyway.
We found new birds, new whales. We also
found new coffee beans. Yeah! But the best of all was we found treasure. “We have gold!” we all chanted when we sailed
back to old man David’s house. We told him all about our adventure.
And then we saw….
L's Exploration by L.
I never thought I’d say this but we did it. I’m so happy we made it. No
frostbite but A. got sick. She had to stay inside most of the time. I had to
take care of her. We have a snowmobile. It was hard to build. It’s round to keep the cold out. The land was
freezing but if you put your mind to it you can do anything. Inside it is very
warm. To keep warm me, A. and R. drink hot cocoa. It is hard to make when
you are only 7 years old. But the biggest problem is elves. They are so
annoying going on and on, bragging how nice they are but they’re not. They lie
to Santa what toys the girls and boys want for Christmas. Luckily, I celebrate
Hanukkah but how do I know of this you
say? Well, I was there looking through Santa’s window.
Explorer R. by R.
My name
is R.. I have a crew. My crew is L. and A.. I would like to be an
explorer in the Arctic. My vehicle is painted hot pink. My vehicle can come apart.To share how my vehicle breaks, it breaks up because when we go through
the air it crashes. We have a special tool that fixes it.
We use
a steering wheel. In my vehicle is food and some drinks. I discovered tigers.
My surprise is a peregrine falcon. It flew by us.
We are
in the Arctic for one month in the mobile.
I love living in the Arctic.
I Want to be an Explorer by D.
My name is D. I want to be an explorer so I can explore the
Pacific Ocean. I made a wooden steamboat that has big paddles that can go
through all the oceans. It had teleporters
all around it. My crew’s names were: V., G., C., C., and
A.. A big sea monster came up the horizon!
We were under attack! I ordered all
hands on deck! Then we fired our cannons
at the sea monster. He swam away like a
scaredy cat. We celebrated by having a
barbeque and eating ham and grilled cheese sandwiches. We drank sparkling cider.
The sea monster came back with a lot of sea monster
friends. The whole crew said, “Uh oh!”
at the same time! One of the sea
monsters bit our ship so we had to fire all of our cannons at the same time and
we won! But there was a leak in our
ship. One of the sailors manned the helm
while I fixed the hole.
Journey Throught the Great Plains by J.
I am J. the Explorer, who is going to drive & fly
through the Great Plains. My crew is Q. & J.. We took I-35 &
rested in Oklahoma City. We were there at 1:15 PM. At 1:20 PM, we saw a big
funnel cloud coming our way. We saw cars flying from the funnel cloud. It’s a
tornado! J. yelled because he had a fear of tornadoes. So we ran. We reached it in the nick of time! We started
the engine and flew out of there. Nine minutes later we landed back home in
Tacoma. What a journey we had! We made 3 more flights to the Great Plains and
back. The End.
Explorer J. by J.
Hi
there! I am Jolts J.. I am a mechanic on a cross between a car and a rocket
and a plane. I have a crew. They are Captain Q.and Co-pilot J.. Our
vehicle is very fast! We are going to
be away for a long time so we need lots of food! We will face many obstacles
like lightning,
tornados, water-spouts and dust-devils, etc.
We
want to set the world speed record. We
will use our rocket boosters to reach
speeds of 1000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
miles per hour!
A Trip to the Future by Q.
I’m Q. and I want to go to the future with my
flying car. My car can time travel anywhere. In my car there is a table and a
mini fridge, turbo booster, an autopilot and a lounge area. I need a lot of food
like meat, fruit, cups, plates, silverware and vegetables. I facedsome
obstacles. I mess up time. One of my boosters went out and bad people were chasing
me. This planet is weird. The boys that I know are girls and the girls I know
are boys. The toilets are bathtubs and bathtubs are toilets. I get to the
planet by going to the future in my flying car. It is hard.
I am going to be gone for about 10 to 20 years I met a
lot of aliens. They were creepy.
Space
Commander T. by T.
I am Captain
T., the space explorer. I do not have crew. I want to explore new galaxies.
So I
want new land. My vehicle is a space ship. My space
ship has a tracking device so I can find galaxies and super rockets so I can go
fast.
Not just fast, but super fast! When I
have toys it’s super fun. I had my dad
come over to come on my rocket ship and my teacher, Mrs. Towne, she likes it. I
need to bring lots of freeze dried ice cream to eat. I face asteroids. I have
to dodge all the asteroids.
Uh oh! Asteroid belt! I heard I have to make sharp turns. My dad
helps me do sharp turns. He has lots more practice than me. He’s faster than
me. Wow, we almost hit an asteroid that was so close. That was super funny. The
alien got hit. Cool! I Discovered new galaxies. Cool! I found a new planet. And it is made out of soupy goop. My space
ship has super goop suits so I can go on the planet. There’s an ice cream shop
there and it has a chicken noodle soup shop right next to the ice cream shop. Let’s
eat some soup and some ice cream, Dad. I hope I like it. There are aliens here. We come in peace,
aliens. They are little men in white. My dad likes them. They have lots of ice
cream. Hooray, we made it to the new galaxy.
The Storm Chaser by C.
I am C. I write a lot.
Now I am an adult. I can chase
storms now yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to go to a school for 5 years!
And it was hard. I had to study tornados! And hurricanes!
I got the job! Chasing storms
is harder then I thought!
I chased Hurricane Sandy and I am famous!

When we chased Hurricane Sandy my car
blew up into 57 pieces and I could not repair the car.

I got a
mansion. The mansion has a pool. And a lot of candy

I love my mansion. It
also has a popcorn maker and a diving board and a hot tub. I love it! But the best
is for last! We’ve got 800,000,000,000,000,000,000, bucks. I’m rich! The best part being rich is I have enough
room for T's family and him to live in my mansion and D's family and
him and to live in my mansion and my family and me.
Matt said to play and I said what am I supposed
to play with and Matt said go play with the boys there in the pool. Alright I said.

C’s mansion. I was in the pool. Then C. walked out of the mansion and we
played for 1 hour.
